~ Maple Makers Workshop ~
Make your own maple syrup!
Learn and do—an interactive sugarbush experience including a tour of our maple forest, collecting sap and boiling it down to produce some syrup to bring home to your breakfast table (250 ml for each participant).
Learn about different methods of sap collection, reverse osmosis technology to improve efficiency, evaporation techniques, sugar density (brix), filtration, grading, bottling, storage and more.
Educational and delectable, these next-level workshops provide an opportunity to try your hand at making syrup yourself and experience the whole process from start to finish.
Scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays from mid-March through mid-April.
10 am and 2 pm sessions
Maximum of 8 participants per workshop.
Minimum of 2 participants required to run each workshop
Dress for the weather as this is an outdoor experience.
